Terms of Service

Last updated: May 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bridgeworkai.com (the "Site") and any services purchased from Bridgework AI Solutions LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Bridgework," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Bridgework provides AI strategy, transformation, and education services for businesses, including:

  • AI Business Assessment ($1,000): a 20-minute voice interview, a custom written report delivered within 48 hours, and a 30-minute follow-up call.
  • Plant Walk ($5,000 plus travel cost-plus): a one-day on-site engagement with a 7-day written report.
  • Tier 1 — AI Strategy Session, Tier 2 — AI Transformation, and Tier 3 — Fractional Chief AI Officer engagements, each governed by a separate Statement of Work and Master Services Agreement.
  • AI Coaching programs.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for engagements beyond the productized Assessment and Plant Walk are defined in each Statement of Work.

2. Payment

Productized services (Assessment, Plant Walk, briefings, coaching) are paid in full at checkout via FastPayDirect. Engagement-tier services are invoiced per the terms in the applicable Statement of Work. All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of taxes unless explicitly noted.

3. AI Business Assessment: Money-Back Guarantee

If the AI Business Assessment report does not identify at least $5,000 per year in identifiable savings opportunities for your business, you may request a full refund of the $1,000 assessment fee within 14 days of report delivery. Refund requests should be sent to ryan@bridgeworkai.com and will be processed within 10 business days.

4. Plant Walk: Travel Costs

The $5,000 Plant Walk fee covers the engagement itself. Travel costs (airfare, lodging, ground transportation, meals) are billed cost-plus and invoiced separately after the engagement. We will estimate travel costs before booking and confirm them in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Bridgework owns all methodologies, frameworks (including the STE Framework), workflow templates, prompts, code, automations, models, and other solutions developed by Bridgework, including those originally built in connection with a client engagement. Bridgework retains the right to productize, resell, and reuse these solutions across other clients.

Clients own their own input data and the substantive business results produced from the engagement. Each client receives a perpetual, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the delivered solution internally within their business.

Detailed IP terms for engagement-tier services are set forth in the applicable Master Services Agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during an engagement confidential and to use it only to perform the services. Engagement-tier services include a separate confidentiality clause in the Master Services Agreement.

7. No Professional Advice

Bridgework's services provide business and technology recommendations. They are not a substitute for legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating recommendations in light of your own circumstances and consulting qualified professionals as appropriate.

8. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ROI estimates, time-savings projections, and savings opportunities identified in any deliverable are good-faith estimates based on the information provided and on standard industry benchmarks; actual results will vary and are not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgework's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or any service shall not exceed the fees paid to Bridgework for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event. In no event shall Bridgework be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bridgework harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. The parties waive any objection to that venue.
