Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 14, 2026
Bridgework AI Solutions LLC ("Bridgework," "we," "us," "our") operates bridgeworkai.com (the "Site") and provides AI strategy and implementation services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Contact form submissions: Name, email, company, phone (optional), and the message you write. Submitted via our contact form to our CRM (HighLevel/GoHighLevel).
- AI Business Assessment purchases: Name, email, billing details, and any information collected during checkout. Payment is processed by FastPayDirect; we do not store full payment card numbers.
- Voice interview content: If you call our assessment line, our AI interviewer records the call and creates a transcript. We use this content to produce your custom report and to improve our service.
- Newsletter, briefing, or webinar signups: Email address and any optional fields you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: Pages visited, referring URL, device type, approximate location (city/region), and time on page. Collected via Google Analytics 4 once provisioned.
- Advertising and conversion tracking: The LinkedIn Insight Tag is active on the Site to measure ad performance. A Meta (Facebook) Pixel may be enabled in the future and is currently disabled.
- Cookies and similar technologies: Used for analytics, ad attribution, and basic Site function. You can disable cookies in your browser; some Site features may not work as a result.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry, deliver services you purchase, and produce the AI Business Assessment report you requested;
- Send transactional communications (assessment delivery, follow-up call scheduling, receipts);
- Send marketing communications (newsletter, briefing, webinar invitations) when you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email;
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
- Measure ad performance and reach similar audiences via LinkedIn and (if enabled) Meta;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business:
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel): CRM, email automation, and voice AI infrastructure.
- FastPayDirect: Payment processor.
- Google (Analytics, Workspace): Web analytics and business email.
- LinkedIn and (potentially) Meta: Ad performance measurement.
- Anthropic, OpenAI, and other AI providers: We use large-language-model APIs to draft portions of the assessment report. Inputs sent to these providers follow each provider's data-handling terms. Voice transcript snippets and Site-form text may be processed by these APIs.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction (merger, acquisition, asset sale).
4. Data Retention
We retain contact-form submissions and assessment records for as long as needed to operate our business and comply with legal obligations, typically up to seven years. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including California under CCPA/CPRA and certain other US state privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Request correction or deletion;
- Opt out of marketing communications;
- Opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not sell personal information).
To exercise these rights, email ryan@bridgeworkai.com.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. International Users
Bridgework operates from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the US.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site links to other websites and services we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. Review each third party's privacy policy before providing them with information.
